I'm thrilled you're here.

Here’s a little look into my life:

I was born and raised in a small city called Medicine Hat. Its home to the largest tepee in the world. The hat is one of those places that everyone seems to be drawn to. It’s has tons of small local businesses and huge supportive community. I am a young, passionate entrepreneur but I’m also a Mother, raising my sweet girl Keke, who came earthside in 2015. I met the love of my life, Kaome in 2016 & he has been such a great role model, mentor and protector ever since.

I enjoy sharing our lives through social media and creating powerful, uplifting content. You'll notice most of what I share comes down to food, unschooling, silly jokes and overall wellness for the mind, body & soul.

I have had quite a few passions over the years, which all revolved around beauty and self care. I worked as an aesthetician for nearly 8 years and absolutely loved it. Shortly after my daughter was born, I started braiding hair on friends and family. Eventually I became a master of my skills, so I opened RoseCourts. It grew so much that I am now able to do it full-time out of my home based studio and let me tell you, it feels amazing. I always dreamt of being able to run my own business from home while homeschooling my daughter. I craved the flexibility in my life and equally wanted to make sure that I was present in hers. This is a big win for us.

The name RoseCourts came from my own name, which is Courtney Rose. I am very proud to be able to share my journey with the world, step by step as I build it.
